The morning of a student starts with the chanting music which echoes all around the campus then with yoga, the day starts with Academic Schedule and the evening comes with lots of curricular activities.
The University is residential having four separate multi-storied buildings for hostels named Maa Mithlesh Hostel, Maa Vidushi Hostel, Maa Samiksha Hostel , Hari Shanti Residential Bhawan of the capacity for more than 1300 students. All the students can stay in the campus throughout their tenure of study. This Hostel accommodation includes several kinds of rooms having air-cooled & air-conditioned facilities with all the basic and modern facilities like mess, reading room, games, medical facility, incoming call facility & Wi-Fi internet facility. Under the full security the girls can get accommodation in a housing way.

2. Transport and Parking
All the students who have joined the campus as a Dayboarder may avail the facility of transport as a member of Suransh Transport Club. The students who wish to come by their own conveyance can use the parking on chargeable basis. Students can deposit the transport fee either monthly or yearly, transport fee is on concessional paid basis as follows:

3. Uniform
To maintain the uniformity and discipline within the campus, the University has made the Uniform & I Card compulsory. The pattern and color of University Uniforms are available at website or it can also be obtained at the time of admission. The Uniforms can also be purchased from University outlet.
4. Learning Material
The University recommends Text books & provides Notes to the students for their learning support. The detail of learning material is made available at website or it can also be obtained at the time of admission. Candidates can also purchase the material from University outlet.
5. Suransh Arogyashala
A 25 bedded General Hospital is fully functional within the campus named Suransh Arogyashala. University has Institutional membership of Indian Red Cross Society. Our Arogyashala has 25 beds, 2 general wards, consultation rooms, Minor OT, Dressing room and ICU on wheels. Concerning the convenience of patient, the University has made a Rescue Centre available inside hostel premises.
• The medical facilities for the students are available round the clock in the campus itself.
• Qualified medical officers look after the patient students.
• Resident Doctor and Nursing Staff are available in the campus round the clock.
• Free medical services are provided to those students who are insured by vidhyarthi claims.
• Quality care is taken by trained and qualified nursing staff.
• The severe cases are referred to the adjoining hospitals and to senior doctors.
For Health Insurance
The University Students can get medical insurance from National Insurance Company Limited under Vidyarthi Mediclaim Policy. The medical insurance covers all the medical facilities which are mentioned above. So these medical facilities are totally free of cost for such students. For insurance, student can fill the insurance form at the time of admission.
No claim would be provided by University in case of external insurance.
6. BANK & ATM
Bank and ATM facility is provided within the campus. The branch of “Bank of Maharashtra” is situated in the premises. Students can open Bank account at the time of admission.
7. Mess Facility – Hygienic Mess with more than 600 sitting capacity – Well equipped, Well furnished & pure vegetarian which includes breakfast with milk, lunch, Supper, Dinner and milk at night daily. Separate arrangements for fasting.
8. Laundry Facility - University has provided the Laundry facility to the hosteller students.
9. Beauty Parlor - For grooming and personality development beauty parlor facility has been organized by the university. It is outsourcing. The parlor is open on Sundays.
10. Boutique: Residential students may use the facility of Suransh Boutique on nominal payments. They can get stitch, repair or alter their clothes. The facility is on payment basis as per nature of work.
11. Telephone Facility - Mobiles are not allowed in the campus. All the hostellers are provided with the call transferring facility in their room as per schedule. Calls are transferred only as per the numbers mentioned by their guardians. Students themselves cannot add any numbers in the call list. . For outgoing calls Telephone boxes are kept in each Hostel. Similarly incoming call facility is also provided separately in each room.
12. Courier/Speed Post
All the resident students can use the facility of Courier and Speed Post for both inward and outward.
» Money orders can also received by the staff members at head office address.
» For Courier Facility postal address shall be of corporate office only.
» Speed Post is received on both the offices, corporate office and head office.
» Speed post/Courier received at corporate office are delivered at head office next day and delivered to the concern student.
Senders are required to send official posts addressing to the Registrar, Jayoti Vidyapeeth Women’s University only and personal posts addressing to the concern candidate C/o Jayoti Vidyapeeth Women’s University with Hostel Name & Room No. (If Hostler).
13. Outing: University provides outing on each Sunday to all the hostellers. Student can get their names registered at Jayoti Sangh office to go on the university outing. Students are provided packed lunch on these outings. No charges have been taken as for university outings. Students have to pay nominal charges against transportation.
14. Recreation - TV Lounges – One for news only & other for entertainment Channels, Open Theatre to play and other activities & Gym to keep the body healthy & fit.
15. Suransh Food Cottage - A multi cuisine cafeteria for changing the taste.
16. Drink Pockets - 24 hrs tea/ coffee/soup/hot water in each hostel (Vending machine)
17. Herbal Garden - Nature walk, Rabbits & Duck Pond to make the mind fresh.
18. Fountains - To freshen up the mind or the remembrance of sweet memories.
19. Garden - A place for ‘GUP-SHUP’.

21. Need Point - To fulfill students’ daily requirements.
22. Mobile Locker - Mobile is strictly prohibited within the campus Mobile Lockers may be hired on request to keep the mobile under security which shall be provided only during vacations & permission to use outside the campus. The locker charges shall be Rs. 500 Yearly for Hostellers and Day Boarders.
23. Lift Facility - Lift facility is available to the students of a multistory building in MVH hostel only.
24. Hot and Cold Water
Students have been facilitated by supply of RO purified cold water for drink free of charge. Resident students have also been provided hot/ cold water supply in winters for bathing. All the tanks are cleaned regularly.
25. Suransh Credit Facility: All the resident students of campus can avail the Suransh Credit Facility. Students may take the cash maximum Rs. 2000/-on credit basis for not more than one month.
26. Suransh Atithi Bhawan
Guardians of our residential students may avail the facility of Atithi Bhawan. If any guardian wishes to take the room for an hour or two, she/he can avail the facility for free of charge.If any guest wants the room for more than that then she/he has to pay the charges for that as per the rules of Atithi Bhawan.
Guardians are requested to check the availability of rooms before coming for their convenience.

28. SECURITY
The University has a Pita Shri Mahesh Suraksha Chakra for tight security system round the clock within the campus. The University has the Suraksha Chakra round the clock at each and every unit area of the University. The University has appointed a full time security officer for proper monitoring of security system within the campus.
• 24 hrs lady guards are appointed here for the security of the students within the hostels and male guards on all the entry exit points of the campus.
• Usage of Mobile is strictly prohibited for uninterrupted studies. As it creates a major disturbance in studies, students are not allowed to keep mobiles in the Campus premises, which includes hostel as well. For outgoing calls Telephone boxes are kept in each Hostel. Similarly incoming call facility is also provided separately in each room.
• Surveillance facility is provided on request for security purpose of the incoming calls and e-mails.
