Residential Rules
» Boarders shall not change or interchange the allotted rooms without warden’s permission.
» Boarders shall not stay in Hostel during Academic Hours without taking the prior approval.
» If conduct of a hosteller student is not found satisfactory, the University reserves all rights to get the accommodation vacated at any time.
» The entry of the students coming from outside shall be allowed up to 7:00 p.m. However, the gates of all the Hostels will be closed by 10:00 p.m.
» Boarders are not allowed to lock their rooms from outside.
» Students may go home or any other place during 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (for option A & B of Form H) and during 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (for option C of Form H) with the approval of University Authority after submitting self attested Leave Application (After getting permission of Parents/ Guardians duly signed Form No. H) or Leave Application attested by Parents/Guardians whichever is applicable.
» Parents/ Guardians whose photograph and details are pasted in the Form B (On Campus Accommodation Form) may meet their wards or take them for outing on Saturday, Sunday and on University holidays during 7:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M.
» If any student is not able to join University on her due date then she should inform immediately to the Chief Warden for extending the leaves and her next joining date for her convenience. If any student does not inform about her delay in joining and her due date gets expired then student shall have to wait & face problems at the main gate of University until unless your joining date is not confirmed by Chief Warden.
» University gives options to the Parents / Guardians to allow her ward to go leave on behalf of her self attested application OR on behalf of the duly signed application of the Parents/Guardians.
» Students can go on outing on Sunday or University holidays. If Parents/ Guardians want their wards to go on self outing or through University transport then Parents/ Guardians are required to fill up the point no. 2. of form no. H
» The Hostels shall have to be totally vacated during Summer Break for the administration, maintenance and other concerns.
» All boarders will be provided a CLOAK ROOM to keep their complete luggage in Summer Break.
» Day scholars are not allowed to stay in the hostel.If any day boarder student wants to get accommodation in hostel in midsession then she shall have to pay the accommodation fee of whole year.
» No poster should be pasted on the walls and cupboards in the rooms.
» Mobiles are strictly not allowed within the campus. If any student found with the mobile then Fine of Rs. 10,000/- shall be imposed immediately.
» Mobile Lockers may be hired on request to keep the mobile under security which shall be provided only during vacations & permission to use outside the campus. The locker charges shall be Rs. 500 Yearly for Hostellers and Day Boarders.
» Students are not allowed to go in indecent dresses on University outing.
» Students must wear the ID cards during the outing.
» Students are not allowed to meet any stranger or their guardian, if going on University outing.
» Students are not allowed to go anywhere else except the place they are coming for an University outing.
» Students have to report back in time to university transport, if they fail to do so there outing will be cancelled for next three months.
» Any misbehave with the on duty officer or anyone else will not be excused.
• All the students acquiring the transport facility are required to board the transport vehicle from the assigned STC point.
• The route and STC points shall be at the discretion of Transport Manager.
• Separate Transport Committee has been formed for each Transport to decide the route for convenience of all.

• The charges shall be deposited to the Transport Manager in advance to avoid any inconvenience.
