Synopsis & its Presentation

• The research scholar is required to prepare a synopsis of the proposed Ph.D. research programme in consultation with his/her supervisor(s) and submit the synopsis to the JRA within the 90days of the enrollment.
• The scholar shall give a presentation on his/her proposed research work before the JRA members on a date and time notified by the Chairman, JRA.
• The Research Scholar shall submit 5 copies of the synopsis at the time of presentation.
• The Subject Research Committee (SRC) shall submit its recommendations on the presentation to the JRA with reference to the suitability of the research proposal.
• The JRA will inform the registrar about the recommended list of scholars found suitable for registration. It shall also submit the list to the Board of Research Studies for favor of information.
• The Registrar will notify the registration of the research scholars.
• The date of approval of the synopsis and its presentation shall be the date of registration in the Ph.D. Programme.
