Jayoti Vidyapeeth Women’s University, Jaipur has established a full - fledged Cell named as Consortium of University & Industries (CUI). The core Objective of CUI is to provide its students with the much required Industry Interface, platform and support for Skills development as well as opportunity to make their careers in the field of their interest which includes Placements with Leading Corporates and Entrepreneurship. Enabling students to become Industry ready and contribute as assets to the organization whom they work for is at the core of the value system in CUI.
To achieve its Core objective, CUI follows a unique mentoring model to enable the students to be more successful in their careers.

In order to ensure that the Students mentoring model works effectively, CUI follows the following matrix structure:

Counseling and Induction programmes are broadly managed through initiative such as Career Clinic, Recreational activities and language lab.
The University has formed a Career Clinic under the aegis of CUI where in it appoints a Career Guru to counsel and mentor the students who aspire to make careers in respective fields.
Career Clinic identifies and appreciates students’ gifted skill sets while enabling them to also develop required expertise and skills to pursue their dream careers successfully.
Career clinic also organizes talent assessment activities, Career talks and seminars on current and relevant issues to keep the students updated and well informed.
At Jayoti Vidyapeeth our focus is towards providing students with all round development which includes inspiring and motivating them to pursue their dreams to have more successful careers and to invest their quality time in hobbies and recreational activities e.g. dancing, painting, music, sports, yoga, meditation, mural arts, literature etc. Students are encouraged to identify their interest areas at the time of orientation. Thus create a platform for them to have a stress free learning environment.

Jayoti Publication Desk (JPD) , Jayoti Entrepreneurship Street(JES) –associated with NEN, Jayoti Sangh – associated with National Service Scheme (NSS),Scout & Guide, Red Ribbon & Red cross, Jayoti Technical Community (JTC), Jayoti Research Community (JRC) and Vedant Advisory Clinic (VAC).

CUI besides running its In-House & Self initiated programmes, also maintains and develop the necessary University tie-ups with various organizations to provide technical and managerial skill trainings to our students through professional certification & programmes.
