Admission Cancellation Rules

Any student, willing to withdraw from the program has to inform in writing. Student has to submit a written application for admission withdrawal , countersigned by her parents. The deposited fee may be refunded as per the University Rules given below:

The admission fee shall not be refunded in any case. A candidate is entitled for fee refund, only before the commencement of classes, provided the vacated seat is filled by another candidate. The fee refund shall be done as stated below: -

• If candidate does not join the University and applies for refund before commencement of classes, the Tuition fees deposited by the student shall be refunded after deducting Rs. 1000.00.
• If candidate leaves University after commencement of classes or after joining the course, the deposited fee shall be refunded, after month wise proportionate deduction of total fee.

Note:  If the vacated seat is not filled then the candidate is entitled only for refund of security deposit.
Withdrawal from Hostel:
The admission fee of hostel shall not be refunded in any case

• Caution Money paid against the Academic fee shall be refunded only after the completion of course and midsession in case of admission cancellation.

There shall be no refund in case of withdrawal from hostel.
